Nigerian Afrobeats superstar, Davido’s 2019 album, A Good Time, which is his sophomore album, and his first under the Columbia Records, has reached over a billion streams across all platforms following a successful certification of Gold for his single “Fall” in the US and Canada, and a Platinum record in South Africa.
The record label shared the news on Twitter with a congratulatory tweet to the artist.
The continuous success of the “A Good Time” album will be on fertile grounds for his forthcoming third album A Better Time, though its official release date is yet to be announced. The music video for “Fall” remains the most viewed music video by a Nigerian artist on YouTube.
