Sarkodie made mention in the song that Sarkodie said another person can only take the rap crown when he dies and it seems rapper E.L doesn’t agree with him at all.
In an interview with MzGee on TV3’s New Day, E.L stated that, nobody has to die for anything to happen. We are supposed to be making music and there is no competition in music. Our Music is supposed to be uplifting one’s soul, it’s supposed to upset all your emotions but with the other things that come with it that is why I don’t really like to take part in all the extra stuff,”
The ‘Efa Wo Ho Ben’ crooner ended by saying that beefs and competitions are only good if it helps the people involved grow “if it is going to be competition, it should be a competition that helps each other to grow and to develop”, and that why must he (Sark) think he needs to be dead before one can take over the music scene? He concluded.
